Our qualified CORGI engineers and plumbers are highly experienced in working with gas appliances and plumbing, from carrying out new boiler installations and servicing, to taking care of repairs. For all home re-wiring and electrical work, we are happy to offer the services of our fully qualified electricians.

We are a Corgi Registered Independent Company with experts in Heating and plumbing, Gas Inspections and Electric Inspections.

Landlord Services

CP12 Gas Safety Inspection
The CP12 Gas Safety Inspection is a legal requirement for any rental property, which must be carried out by a trained Corgi engineer every 12 months, and prior to new tenancy. This test checks that installations meet current regulation standards and detects hazardous faults, covering 3 gas appliances in a property, such as:

• Gas boiler
• Gas cooker
• Gas fire

Electrical Testing

For rental properties, we also offer P.A.T Certificates (Portable Appliance Test) and full NICEIC electrical inspections, for council properties or private sales.

Portable Appliance Tester
PAT certificates, to a maximum of seven lardlord-owned portable appliances (excluding fixed or hard wired appliances). We provide a detailed report from our A.V.O. Megger P.A.T 4/3 DV.
These vary from property to property, and can include:

  Fridge, Toaster, Kettle, Iron, Microwave, Vacuum Cleaner
• General
  Television, Stereo, Hi - Fi equipment
• Power Sockets
  One in high risk area (i.e.Kitchen)
